This product contains 3 medications: olmesartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan belongs to a class of drugs known as angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). Amlodipine belongs to a class of drugs known as calcium channel blockers. They both work by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. Hydrochlorothiazide is a "water pill" (diuretic) that causes you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra water and salt.
